Fitness World Swimming provides a much needed facility for Hydrotherapy / Rehabilitation
in the Penrith District in the following ways:-
- Penrith Physiotherapy Sports Centre provide an on site Physiotherapist on Tuesday &
Thursday mornings treating patients with a wide range of injuries including post-operative
patients, Third Party and Workers Compensation. Enquires can be made through the
Physiotherapist's office - Suite 6 / 20 Castlereagh St Penrith or on (02) 4721-5567.
- The pool is available for hire by Physiotherapists who want to conduct their own hydrotherapy.
Please call us on 4731-2166 for times & prices.
- Members of the public are able to work through their own exercise programs (or programs
written for them by their own Doctor or Physiotherapist) in the pool during
the public swimming hours.
