Starfish swim classes, 18 to 30 months

STARFISH is the final level of the water babies. Children is this level swim with a responsible person but are progressing to swimming as independently as possible.

There are normally a maximum of 7 students in a class, which goes for 30 minutes.

In the class the children are learning to:

1. Sit and wait their turn.
2. Jump in and turn around.
3. Dogpaddle with a noodle.
4. Kick on their back with a noodle.
5. Swim underwater.
6. 2m Dog Paddle.
7. 2m Back Float
8. Other skills for the Squids level.
